Winning bidders in an online auction must check out and pay for won lots through the website in a timely manner, The agent reserves the right to re-auction any lots not checked out or paid for within 24hrs of the auction concluding if terms are not met or communication has not been made.

Go to My ACCOUNT > MY AUCTIONS or AUCTIONS > BIDS WON. FROM HERE YOU SHOULD SEE ALL YOUR WON ITEMS, SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM AND CHECK OUT ALL. FOLLOW THE PROMPTS AND CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD.

Once you have completed this process you will receive an email with the order/invoice number. Use this to claim your goods on the scheduled pick-up days. Some smaller items may be picked up from the Kerang or Swan Hill office if you notify our staff. If you wish to pay cash on pick up, select the direct deposit option.
PLEASE CHECK OUT AND PICK UP ITEMS DURING PICK UP DATES AS PROPERTIES MAY BE SOLD & MAY NEED TO BE REMOVED ASAP.
Goods not checked out & paid for by pick up dates may be considered unsold and re auctioned, repeat offenders may also be blocked from future online auctions.
