Graeme Hayes Real Estate (GHRE) operates this auction platform for clearing sales and associated goods and equipment auctions. We do not list property through this platform.

Bidder registration
To register as a bidder you will need to create an account. We collect your name, contact details, and sufficient details from your identity documents to meet our legal obligations. We collect only what is necessary to evidence sighting of your identity.
This information is used to:
- Verify your identity prior to bidding
- Assign and manage your bidder number
- Process purchases and issue invoices
- Contact you regarding lots you have bid on or purchased
Account holders
When you register on this site we store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can view, edit, or delete your personal information at any time by logging into your account. You cannot change your username once set. Website administrators can also see and edit that information where necessary for platform management.
Casual browsers
